Located at Ah! Arts and Heritage Centre at the top of Main Street, we will be standing by to help you find whatever you are looking for. Maps and brochures will also be available at this location.
What to Wear
The beginning of March can be warm and sunny one moment and snowy the next. Dress in layers so you can enjoy the day whatever it brings. Being down in a valley and dominated by tall maples, The Sugar Bush is quite protected from the winds but at this time of year, it’s no place for runners or dress shoes. Remember to dress for a country adventure.
Getting Around At The Festival
Once you are in town, you can walk to all of the events. However, the best and most convenient way to take in the whole festival is to park in the Village of Warkworth and hop on a free shuttle bus, compliments of AMES Lines. Please see our Festival Brochure Map for information about bus stops.
Buses run continually both days, between 8:30 am and 3 pm, going to and from the Sugar Bush. Many people report the 5 mile ride to the sugar bush in a school bus filled with all ages is one of the highlights of their day.
Only Service Dogs are allowed at the Sugar Bush. This means we can only allow Service Dogs on the buses too.
Please Note: Last Bus to Sugar Bush 3PM
Available at the Community Arena and various downtown locations, our free parking areas are designed to give you easy access to events by foot or by shuttle bus. Please Note: Only Handicap Parking is available at the Sugar Bush. Please Park in the village for free and take the free shuttle buses.
